Win­ca­sa plays a role through acqui­ring, mana­ging, mar­ke­ting and sel­ling pro­per­ties throughout the value-crea­ti­on hier­ar­chy as a link in the chain. Ter­tia­num as ser­vices pro­vi­der in the assi­sted living sec­tor in addi­ti­on to Jel­mo­li as pre­mi­um depart­ment store uti­li­se pro­per­ties in the port­fo­lio and also con­tri­bu­te to fur­ther streng­t­he­ning the busi­ness model. Swiss Prime Site Solu­ti­ons as asset mana­ger sin­ce 2017 pro­vi­des core pro­ces­ses ser­vices for third par­ties with acqui­si­ti­on, deve­lop­ment, con­ver­si­on, con­struc­tion, finan­cing and sales.
